Prices vary on the market, but it is wise not to go for the “I will send you one million visitors to your website in one hour ..” kind of offers, as they are dangerous for your website which could be then banned by Google.

Yes it depends on the quality of the traffic you buy. A good source of web traffic should supply only traffic from real people that do not drop off the instant they visit your website.

Good website traffic is excellent for SEO as it helps to keep your website well ranked, especially good for a new website. Older websites also benefit by staying on top of the searches. Large businesses purchase huge amounts of visitors to their websites all the time in order to remain competitive.
