The monthly fee is for basic version of HBA which allows you to learn all about making money online, from creating your websites, to autoresponders, building your list, etc… With this basic level you can also recruit a downline which will earn you 80% of their fee, recuring. That is $20 per person per month.

You can also upgrade to the premium level for £100 per month and when someone in your downline upgrades, you earn $80 on top of the $20. Also recuring. I strongly encourage the upgrade as most people in your downline WILL upgrade. If you are not upgraded, then you will only earn the $20, even if they upgrade.

In short, typically, when a platform or program offers a commission rate, it means that if you promote their products or services and generate sales, you will earn a percentage of the revenue from those sales.
