It hit me when i started my website with wealthy affiliate that all the time i spent watching TV and playing video games was a ton of time wasted when you can be productive and use that time and energy towards making money. I have always believed that Garbage in and Garbage Out is how we should see T.V. There’s nothing wrong with a little relax time watching a great drama but the T.V should always be used sparingly.

Saying No to things is also something I have accomplished though your automation system still needs some work from me.

A great post with some food for thought for everyone.
