It's a pleasure to see you here again Marta and I am glad that you are finding your visits on my website worthwhile. I take it that you live in Europe and probably are being charged VAT. I am also living in Europe (France) and I know that for certain things that you order online you are charged VAT. But I found a simple way to bypass that when paying for something online, I use my PayPal account and when asked for my country of residence I say USA, so there is no VAT added to the bill.

I have used a lot of autoresponders systems during my online career, and so far I think that the best one to use is AWeber ( https://easytoretire.com/aweber ), it is very newbie friendly, and you have the first month for free, then $19 per month, and you can stop at any time after if you wish. To me, GetResponse was my worse experience, it just drove me crazy, even though I know how to use autoresponders. So my recommendation is to go with Aweber and try it for a month at least.

Just a word of caution: what is very important to look for when deciding for an autoresponder, is for a known brand, example, GetResponse, AWeber, MailChimp, etc., then, the ease of use (AWeber is the one), then the deliverability rating (AWeber is also excellent). Nothing worse than to discover that a lot of your emails have not reached their recipients.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing. Your content is valuable, and I found some tips that can help me.
When talking about email marketing, I feel overwhelmed. I don’t still know how to do it, and it also seems to be difficult to do.
What maybe blocks me from learning it is that from Europe I have to spend 20$ in taxes ( in addition to monthly payment) every month (this was the experience with Getresponse). I don’t know why I should pay taxes for an online platform. But I’m still looking for the right one for me.
Do you have any suggestions?
