So, my recommendation is to first optimize your website correctly and when it pulls  a fair number of organic visitors, then, yes, start to advertise, and you won’t need  to spend that much time and money to advertise it.

Also, sharing your content on social media should be part of your advertising program.

Yes, you’ve got it Darren, the days of quantity has now long gone and what we need now is quality, which suits me perfectly. Over the many years I have been marketing and making a living online, I have seen so many changes, things that come and go and come back again, the same as for fashions.

Right now, it is a waste of time and money to splash your online business all over the place. Just test around and stick to a couple of places where you convert best. For me, at the moment, and it has been for a while now, LeadsLeap which works extremely well. So if you are interested in a place to advertise for free and offers excellent conversion rates, this is where you should go. And if you can afford a few bucks to upgrade to a PRO member, do it as there are loads of extra tools to make your life easier.

It’s true that you need decent amount of traffic to have a successful online business, but traffic alone is not enough.

You have to learn how to optimize your visitors into paying customers — and the best way to do that is to split test different things and see which works best.
