I agree with you on the reasons to diversify your portfolio – This type of mindset can even be applied to any business you may be interesting to do. I did not get it right on capital preservation – my understanding is that you may lose some of your capital. But, not all since you have diversified your portfolio. I am not sure if I am on the same page with you.
