Your site is the first that I have come across that goes into the legalities of running a business, it is very useful and important information to know, and I will be saving this page for reference. 

I think most people should come to this page before starting a business first. 

I like how you wrote “put your home business to the test” though in my mind before I started any online business and spending money on it – i should have first tested myself, to see if I CAN and enjoy marketing my business, maybe by trying to promote an ebay item first (or something similar) – just to see what marketing tactics work first.

This way you don’t have to put your heart and soul into a business and spend £££’s only to find you don’t enjoy marketing or giving up too soon.
