Thanks very much for sharing your disappointment with Royal Prestige Mercy. This helps confirm my review on this company as having a terrible customers’ service and that it is better to keep away from them and their products.

However I hope that you will at some stage get a refund.

The purpose of my website is to help readers like yourself to learn more about a product or service prior to investing in it, but unfortunately for you, it was too late (or maybe not?).

In reply to Philebur. It’s a scam! I bought a 5 pc. set exactly 7 days ago. I used two of the pans and they got stains that I cannot remove. After using the product realized the quality is not worth $2,800 dollars. After being on the phone almost two hours to possibly return or to try to come to some agreement the answers kept being no. Not even speaking with Manager/Supervisors. They stole my money! Shame on them!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read through my scam or legit review of Royal Prestige Evans, and also for your comments. That's right, we must be very careful nowadays when it comes to joining any sort of company, especially if their business model is based on Multilevel Marketing as they tend to be just one step short of Pyramid schemes which are totally illegal.

Good question Jeffrey. Hy Cite Enterprises is a company that market 2 branded products that are promoted through a network of distributors based on the MLM (Multilevel Marketing) business model:

- Royal Prestige and
- OceanBlue

Both these products run independently and are also marketed in the same MLM business model.

Hi John, I am confused here. In your article you mention Hy Cite Enterprises as being an MLM that sells Royal Prestige cookware but your review is about Royal Prestige being an MLM. Do I miss something here? Would you please make me understand better so I can be able to comment with an understanding.
