Thanks for your comment and questions Lizzy. One thing that you can be sure of is that whenever I recommend a money making opportunity I have tested it and it is definitely not a scam, otherwise it will be labelled as scam and will be listed in the “Avoid” tab of my website “Easy To Retire“.

I have set up several online courses myself. It requires quite a bit of experience, a deep knowledge of the product or service that you want to talk about and a lot of work. But if you want it to be done for you, it is quite worth it. Here is a course writer that I have used in the past and she does an excellent job:

This article was a wonderful read on making money from a laptop (or desktop). From my experience, I know it takes time and effort to make money from a computer and stable internet connection. It may sound easy to do, but it’s not.

What I liked about this post was all of these methods are legit. They have great potential for people to earn a living.

Out of the list, my favorite ones are blogging and auctioning stuff from my house. I have stuff laying around that I do not need, so I usually list them on multiple selling apps (for example, Mercari is a great app for local selling).

Of course, I think blogging (writing articles) is my biggest strength. It takes time and hard work, but it’s well worth it in the long run. The potential to earn lots of commissions is very good.

Overall, these are excellent tips for making money from a computer. Thank you for sharing and helping others on this topic.

Thanks very much for sharing your experience and what you are doing to try to earn some money with your laptop. Indeed, Wealthy Affiliate is probably the best I have come across during my 20+ years of marketing online, but as you say “you must have money in order to make money”, there are some cheaper money making opportunities that doesn’t require much work, such as the CBproAds affiliate program , or Fiverr if you wish to sell your photographic expertise.

As you can imagine, I have been scammed many times over and to tell you the truth, when it comes to “done-for-you”, or “turn-key” business opportunity, I do a lot of research before jumping into it. There are not many of them that are not scams, but there are some serious ones like the CBproAds affiliate program which I have been using for quite a while as an extra income stream (among several others), so this one can be trusted.
