When I first learned about Fiverr, I had the same reaction as you: I could not think of any skill that I might have that could be of any interest to anybody. One thing I had was that I had some a huge Twitter account and could promote other people’s businesses on on it. But when joining Fiverr I saw that there were already hundreds of people offering already the same service. But I decided to put up my first gig and with time I built up a reputation by offering a better service than the others.

Then, as time went by I realized that after all I had many more skills than I thought and decided to put up more gigs, and I took off from there.

To give you an example, yesterday alone I made over $200 out of just one of my gigs.

I do agree with you Ryan. When you have a job to be done it is worth shopping on Fiverr as there are some excellent professionals who can sort out any problems and save you time and money.

Thanks very much for sharing your experience with Fiverr as a buyer Heisenberg. Yes indeed, there are some great deals to be made on Fiverr. I have had some good and bad experiences. The trick is to test with the lower packages and see before going for a more expensive package. I also have a couple of permanent sellers who are providing me with contents for my websites. They are great, but I had to kiss a few frogs before finding the prince.

This and Wealthy Affiliate are my two main streams of income, as like you, I do travel A LOT, as my wife and myself are international house and pets sitters. My laptop is my money making machine anywhere in the world we are, as long as I have an Internet connection.

im no an online person, maybe that’s why.
