But what they miss is that after the visitor has completed reading the blog post there should be a kind of action that they need to take to raise your conversion goals.

And it is amazing to know how many readers reach the end of an article and don’t know what to do next. So it is a must to place some sort of call to action at the end of an article, especially that if someone has taken the time to read that far, it must be someone who is really interested, therefore we do not want him/her to go away without taking some sort of desired action (signup for newsletter, make a purchase, go to another page, etc.).

While I agree with all the points mentioned, the thing that resonated with me most is when you say sometimes an idea gets lost when we try to sit down and write about it because we didn’t note it down the first time it occurred. Happened so many times with me. You know, sometimes an idea comes up all of a sudden, and it can be anywhere – during work, on journeys, while driving, in the washroom – but because I didn’t record it somewhere then and there, it gets lost and I’m not able to recollect it when I sit down in front of our computer. Yes, you are right. We should write down that idea immediately on a notebook or our mobile so that we could elaborate on it later. Thanks for this awesome post!

At the beginning, you might need a bit of help to have a few pieces written for you by freelancers. If you want to do that, I would recommend Fiverr.

This is a nice post. I have learned about adapting my post to the social network and much more. For example, I never took time to republish my content on twitter, I just publish it once and that’s it. From now on I will make sure to publish the same content twice a month on twitter to make sure that it reaches a maximum of people.

But where they miss is that when visitors have read the blog post, they should be taking action towards fulfilling your marketing goals and conversion goals. Also fully agree it is super important to NOT to lose your ideas, You know, sometimes the best idea comes up all sudden and you are about to lose it.

You can still write good blog posts and still not get any response because people in general are becoming immune to the effects or can’t bothered to do so. Your blog is wonderfully written and covers all you need to know. If you could pique someone interest then no matter what is written, people will engage in it. Think about a book, a book can be long and you never want to put it down, or it can be a pamphlet size and you cannot wait to be rid of it. This is so hard to judge right as it is so hard to balance Google requirements with your readers’ requirements.
I really enjoyed your segment on social media, as often that you are banging your head against a wall. You try everything but nothing seems to work. Twitter is the bane of my life, as you try everything but you do not get any clicks. Is there anything that can be done to get more engagement?

Great reading your very interesting views on the subject Antonio. It is true that the blogger not only needs to please its readers with good quality content, but also the search engines, in particular Google. It is not an easy job to know what your readers like or not as there is so much information online now that the users tend to forget that a real person behind the scenes has worked hard to produce it and they take it for granted now. They don’t realise how much pleasure the writer will have if someone would spent a couple of minutes to write a few nice words in the comments section of the blog.

Social media is not what it used to be anymore. Again, people get overfed with information that they hardly see what is showing on their screen. As for Twitter, I have given up with them. For me it has been a few years of great leads source but as they have decided to charge for advertising, they are discriminating users who tweet their business for free. They recently shut down 3 of my most productive accounts with a total of over 200K very receptive followers, years of hard work gone down the drain in a flash!
Right now I believe that Instagram and Pinterest are the ones to follow, but for how long? So I am back to the good old list building system.

Thank you for sharing your tips and ideas for Writing Good Blog Posts That Trigger Readers Response. You provided several suggestions that I will incorporate into my blog writing.
I, too, am a Premium Member of Wealthy Affiliate, and the niche I chose, which I love, has been very difficult for me to think about how I should progress. You simplified things for me and suggested not only ways to find ideas and write for my audience’s interests but to focus on quality rather than quantity. This has been an issue for me since our training instructed us to write 1,500 words or more. I also appreciate your section, 6 tools to help you create articles, and your ideas about using social media and repeating articles after long intervals.
Moreover, as you stated about us beginners, we hesitate to make a Call for Action, so I will remember to do that. Again, I thank you for giving us much food for thought that will help us move out of our “beginner” stage.
